Contango Storage has developed a unique business model which maximises the revenue potential for the storage owner whilst maintaining full transparency. The success of this model has resulted in Contango Storage´s storage portfolio growing by more than 2 million cubic meters in the last five years.

Through a partnership with Chinese entrepreneurs, Contango Storage has developed a storage business in China. Through Contango´s exclusive partnership with the terminal owners we have access to more than 3.5 million cubic meters of storage capacity for both crude oil and clean and dirty products.

Contango Storage also provides technical and commercial consultancy services and brokerage services to a wide range of market participants e.g. oil traders, investment banks, infrastructure funds, port authorities, terminal owners, oil companies and international chemical companies. We seek out storage capacity in challenging areas and help companies compare offerings and assist with both technical evaluation and assist and support in the negotiation of the contract.

We assist and support companies strategically review their storage and inventory needs and redevelop their storage strategies. We provide advisory and project management on terminal expansions and technical modifications and we assist with marketing of storage capacity for both owners and leaseholders as well as seeking out suitable storage capacity.
